At Corten Steel Ireland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your garden features and architectural steel. If your order isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unweathered condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original crate or packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our workshop.

• 3.
  Arrange Collection

  Due to the weight of corten steel products, we will coordinate a specialized courier collection or provide you with a designated drop-off point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the item to confirm it is in resaleable condition, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
